RESIDENCE PERMIT FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT
Police Headquarter in Bergamo has released in favor of Mr. O.J. a residence permit for medical treatment pursuant to art. 19 paragraph 2 lett. d) Legislative Decree 286/98. Although the applicant was not married to his son's mother - stable cohabitation proved - he managed to obtain a residence permit for medical treatment for the first six months of his son's life.
