ISSUE OF CONSTITUTIONAL LEGITIMACY
The Court of Salerno, accepting the objection of constitutional illegitimacy - raised by the De Vincentis Law Firm - of art. 4 paragraph 1-bis of Legislative Decree 18 August 2015, n. 142, inserted by art. 13 paragraph 1 n. 2) of the decree law 4 October 2018, n. 113, converted with amendments by law 1 December 2018, n. 132, by contrast with articles 2, 3 and 16, referred the documents to the Constitutional Court, recognizing - albeit provisionally - the right of T.S. at the registry registration at the Municipality of Capaccio Paestum.
